Poulina Seboldt (821)With the increasing international networking of the University, especially in the context of research projects, the need for contractual regulations is growing. Dr. Kristina Lovrić-Pernak provides support and advice on contracts between the University and international research institutions, public institutions, universities and industrial partners as well as natural and legal persons under private law. A selection of international model contracts for research projects is available for employees on the Intranet.
In close cooperation with the EU Higher Education Office of the Research Department, the Department Law and Foundation offers additional advice and support on legal issues and contract management within the framework of the EU Research Framework Programmes, which includes the negotiation and conclusion of consortium agreements, from proposal preparation to project implementation and management.
