Course Weighting

How many credits does Course X carry?

Classes offered during the semester spanning the course of 4 SWS (these often take place twice a week), as well as intensive courses offered during the semester holidays, are weighted with six credit points. There are, however, exceptions. Semester courses that only span 2 SWS (these often only take place once a week) and weekend courses often only award three credit points. For an updated list of the credit point weighting of each course, do take a look at the examination regulations and the module handbook.

How can I obtain a UNIcert® certificate?
How the various UNIcert® certificates are accorded is dependent on the level you are applying for. More information can be found on the UNIcert® Information Page and in the latest version of the UNIcert® examination regulation.

How do I find out the results of my final examination?
The overall result of your course achievements is displayed on FlexNow about three or four weeks after it has ended. For a detailed breakdown of your grade (results of each of the four components: listening comprehension, reading comprehension, oral communication and writing), do get in touch with the relevant supervisor. An updated list of contact details can be found here.
