A flexible organization of work supports employees in reconciling their work-, family- and private- life. As a spatially flexible measure, the university offers teleworking since 2008.

Tasks suitable for teleworking are assignments that can be done independently, autonomously and under full reserve to the Data Protection Directive within the employee’s private flat or elsewhere beside the place of work.
